Does the assistant say it is an AI?
You can choose to open every call with a short announcement. Whatever you choose, the assistant never claims to be human: if someone asks, it answers truthfully.
What if the customer asks something unexpected?
The assistant answers from the instructions you wrote, politely says so when it doesn't know, and records the outcome for your team to follow up.
Which languages are supported?
Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and English. We'll play you a call in the one you need during your demo.
How fast can we start?
Once your account is set up, the first campaign takes minutes: write the instructions, upload a sheet, start. Phone number set-up with the telecom partner is done together with us.
Can customers be called outside business hours?
No. You set calling hours for each campaign, and promotional calls are limited to 9 AM to 9 PM.
How is it priced?
